Offloop is published by Founderly, Inc., a Delaware company. The app is signed with an Apple Developer ID certificate and notarized by Apple, so macOS can verify it came from us and has not been altered since.

Installing

  1. Open the DMG.

    Double-click Offloop-v4.0.4.dmg in your Downloads folder.

  2. Drag Offloop to Applications.

    The disk image opens with the Applications folder beside it. Drag the app across, then eject the image.

  3. Open it, and set your hotkey.

    The first launch asks for the microphone and for accessibility, which is how the text reaches your cursor. Neither sends anything anywhere.

Verifying the download

macOS checks the signature and the notarization ticket on its own the first time you open the app. If you would rather check the file yourself before opening it, run this in Terminal:

shasum -a 256 ~/Downloads/Offloop-v4.0.4.dmg
